1906 Westchester Tenant has been there since we purchased in November of 2018. Last summer we repaired a long-time leak that had compromised some of the floor joists and subfloor in the kitchen. We replaced joists, subfloor, the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring. We’ve also replaced the stove in the last 6 months. We replaced the carpet and pad of bedrooms in the last 12 months, installed new gutters/downspouts. The kitchen on this unit is in better condition than the kitchens we recently tenanted for $990 and $1050, because it has new cabinets and counter tops.
1904 Westchester tenant moved in right after we purchased the duplex. It had been “renovated” by the previous owner in early 2018. Renovations were cosmetic in nature (carpets, laminate, paint, etc.).
